First time trying Saccone's, last minute order to be delivered. It was good. Greek salad, wings (hot) and pizza (order my own combo), and all was delivered in about 30 minutes. Piping hot! I was shocked by how hot the wings and pizza were. The negative on the salad... the dressing was already on it. I did not see a "dressing on the side" option when ordering. If I'm the restaurant, I would always put the dressing on the side for a to go or delivery order... just me!

The wings were good, just wings, no batter... fried crispy and the sauce was good and hot (spiciness). The pizza was also good, nice thin crust. A tad soggy in the middle, but that could be because it sat in a box on the counter for 30 minutes while I ate the wings and salad. All in all, a good meal, delivered quickly! We'll definitely try it again. Recommend Saconne's for pizza, salad and wings.

I’ve been a repeat customer of Saccone’s Pizza in Leander, and while the pizza has generally been great, my recent experience was deeply disappointing due to the rude customer service I received from an employee named Ben on 01/05/2025 at around 3:45 PM

We ordered pizza for a small get-together to celebrate my son’s birthday, with the understanding that the pizza would be ready at 7 PM. Unfortunately, when the pizzas arrived, they tasted stale and seemed to be missing cheese – the amount was so minimal it felt incomplete. However, given that it was my son’s birthday party, I didn’t have time to call and wait for replacements while hosting guests. By the time the party ended and guests left, the pizzeria was closed, so I called the next day to discuss the situation.

When I spoke with Ben, his tone and response were completely unacceptable. Rather than listening or addressing my concerns professionally, he was dismissive and rude, questioning why I hadn’t called back the same night. I explained the situation—that it was my son’s birthday, and dealing with pizza issues during the party wasn’t feasible—but instead of understanding, he doubled down on his unhelpful attitude.

The problem wasn’t just the subpar pizza this time; it’s the lack of respect and care in customer service. Saccone’s has always been a favorite in our household, but this encounter has seriously tarnished our opinion. Management should take notice of Ben’s demeanor and how he represents their business. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when voicing concerns.

I truly hope this feedback leads to better training and improved customer interactions in the future. Saccone’s has always been known for great food, but poor customer service like this can overshadow everything else.

I should've read the reviews first. Definitely stay far away from this place! This is the worst margherita pizza we've had in our lives. For the price you pay, you do not receive quality pizza. I'm not sure how this location is still in business.

I got the Philly cheese stake sub for lunch. Hands downs was NOT disappointed. ?
The bread is made in-house, so that's a plus. I have to try something else on the next visit. ✌️

Wow, an authentic Italian restaurant right in the neighborhood! Large menu offers the best of Italy, from Parmigiano to Marsala and salads to sammies, pasta to calzones, they have a huge selection. The large dining room is in the middle of being re-done, and you order at the counter before you sit, but they do have beer and wine too. We had a large pizza with lots of toppings, and it was excellent. Great crust, thin and well cooked, and toppings rim to rim. We will be returning to try the whole menu, I'm itching to try the eggplant Parmigian, and the Italian beef sub, and the Alfredo and everything. Take the kids, too.

Pizza was wet…. Not sure what that’s about. Taste was ok but presentation and texture terrible. Not worth a $40 price tag for a large pizza. Definitely won’t be back.

Best service, best pizza I’ve had since I moved to Texas. I am from NYC and hands down closest taste to home I know since being here. Derek was my operator and he made it a pleasant experience.
