DO YOU NOT BUT A VEHCILE FROM HERE!!

It is crazy that I found a axle loose from this dealer that sell cars the technician that work on their vehicle does not know what he is doing he put a brand new hub bearing and it went out on my mom while she is driving what a sad place to buy a car and they are not worried about your safety at all
I Did not like the customer service from here we brought a car from them and found all their vehicle on the lot has mismatch tires poor tire thread on them where you have to replace after you leave the used dealer shop. What happen to making your customer safe and and happy where did that go I was very disappointed to see how they try to tell you thing to your faces and lie bout it. I have work at other dealership and mom and pop shop and I never seen a place that doesn't care about the customer safety when it come to buying a car.

YOU HAVE TO BUY FROM HERE! I recently bought a car from here! The customer service was amazing and Mike and Omar were very welcoming and kind. I was not sure what car I wanted to buy nor did I know if I was confident in buying a car but after meeting with them I had too! I have had my car for a couple months now and its been working amazingly, no issues at all!

We had an okay experience overall but I do have complaints. Owner is very UNwilling to negotiate as previous reviews have said, & considering the car had a broken radio lcd screen we were disappointed with that. He also promised to detail the car, but never did. I've thankfully not had any problems with the car, but don't in any way attribute that to them since it's a Toyota & we did our research before buying and the car was in ship-shape. The mediocre rating is for the broken promise &lack of willingness to negotiate on a not-perfect vehicle.

I bought a orange Santa Fe Sport from these guys and 2 weeks after buying it only trouble up to this point. Now it needs a engine and i called to see if they could help me out and owner hang up the phone on me while I was explaining the issues I’m having with the car. With that kind of attitude it leaves me no choice but to think they knew something was wrong with the car before they sold it to me.
