I ordered my food through the app and it didn’t give me the option to pick up through the drive-through. The only option to choose was to go inside for carry out. It’s currently raining and 36°F out with no line in the drive-through, so I pull up to the drive-through asking if I could please pick up my order at the window so I wouldn’t have to walk inside through the cold rain. They said no so I went inside to find an empty store inside and my food simply sitting on their counter, not even the pick up order shelves. I’m very unhappy with the customer service of not being able to simply pass my food through a window.

The menu is very simple: mainly chicken tenders and fries. The chicken fingers are fine, though pretty plain tasting (little to no seasoning in the chicken or breading). The fries couldn’t be more generic if they tried. Overall, the food is decent, but it’s usually way down on my list of go-to places for chicken (tenders).

Food was awesome. The chicken was cooked to the perfect wellness. The food was presented well and the tea was spectacular. Now the service and atmosphere from staff should be looked at. Staff treated me like I should not be there eating because I was in my work clothes, and I suppose that the staff thought I was a homeless person, or whatever they believed about me, made them give me glares and rushed me out. I went out side on the patio area to eat, just to meet the same stares at me, like I didn't belong there, through the windows. Seems like anyone that is a paying customer should be welcomed here bit not here at the cedar park location. Other than that, the food, which is why I keep going back, was delicious.

Waited 15 mins in drive thru, thinking how great it is they're making fresh food. 3pm. The fries are stale and the tiny tenders are so undercooked I am cooking them in my air fryer.

This is my second visit here. The food is too good. Got here today as I craved for Cane's. The hospitality is good. ?

Unfortunately, I made a mess by spilling my drink but the staff managed it so well and professional. I liked it that they are so friendly with every customer.

I especially liked the service provided ELIZABETH today.? Her warm smile with greetings is just a big positive thing a customer service can have. I thank both Elizabeth and Jowell for the service. ( Sorry if I spelled the names wrong ). ?

Somehow this is a party place I have been missing all my time on a north side. What a shame. The chicken was good, as expected. The service was quick.
If you are hungry AND want some disco in your honey mustard - thats the place to get that combo.
