If I could give -20 stars I would!! This was the most disgusting and heartbreaking experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant!

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Popeyes Store #13487. I ordered a family meal, but when arrived home i noticed the order was incorrect. When I called the store to address the issue, Store Manager Alvin offered a refund and attempted to process while on the phone but encountered system issues. He then instructed me to return the incorrect food to the store for the refund, which is about a 20-minute drive away.

Upon arriving at the store, I was met by Acting Manager KC. His behavior was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Despite my polite demeanor, KC was rude, argumentative, and confrontational in front of other customers in the lobby. He took the food from me and, after making me wait for over forty minutes, still did not process the refund.

I informed KC that, as a leader, his role should be to de-escalate customer concerns and resolve issues. His response was, “I just work here and my momma always said a closed mouth don’t get fed.” This comment was confusing and unhelpful, as I was the customer and expected to be treated with respect by the face of the company. KC then remarked that I wasn’t their only customer, which added to my frustration.

This experience was not only frustrating but also deeply disappointing. The lack of effective customer service and the unprofessional conduct of Acting Manager KC left a very negative impression of this Popeyes location. I feel sorry for the district and regional managers because KC is not a good representative for the brand. I hope the management will address these issues to improve their service and customer experience.

It is apparent that KC exhibits significant shortcomings in essential management skills, including conflict resolution and professionalism. Rather than fostering a positive work environment, KC tends to create a hostile atmosphere that negatively impacts both staff and customers.

My wife wanted a turkey for Thanksgiving from Popeyes. She bought it online from store #13487 on Alabama Road Woodstock, GA 30188 and I went to pick it up. When we got there a worker in the drive thru told me he was instructed by his manager David not to give any of what they had in the back out even though we explained we had a paid for receipt. The worker then told us we'd have to come back the next day to speak with David to have our order released. I went back Friday 11/22/24 at 5:55pm est and walked in for receive my order and one lady at the cash register called a guy who claimed he was one of the managers but he was asked who told me I couldn't get my order, then I saw him ( black slim gentleman with thick twisted hair & a wedding ring ) in the kitchen. I said to him last night you said to come back today and he said he still was not able to release any of their inventory per David. He then pointed at a short dark haired Asian older man eating in the restaurant who came up to me and told the worker to give me my turkey. I thanked him but I told him having to come back was unacceptable and he said it was nothing he could do nor did he apologize. I asked if there was someone else I could talk to and he told me no. Then I asked what his name was and he told me he would not give me that information and that it was none of my business and walked away to finish his food. He was not in any uniform. Assuming he was an owner or an upper store manager you can imagine with customer service like that the staff and store can't be run well. Also the fact that I can't find a customer service phone number or way to make complaints to Popeyes corp. tells me they don't care how their franchise is run or care to hear from customers.

Stop by this Popeyes to try their new Ghost Pepper Wings.
It was lunch time and they were pretty busy at the drive-thru though. Service inside is very good. All the employees are very friendly.
My daughter came up in a short amount of time to sat down in the clean dining room. ?
Now the ghost pepper wings were very good. Pat fresh a little bit spicy but very flavorful. I really enjoyed them. They hate the spout. Definitely come and get them again.

Mostly clean dining room. Food was barely warm. Chicken sandwich flavor good, but barely warm. Fries almost cold. Red beans - there were no beans it was just the bean juice with rice. Last visit.

I didn’t experience bad customer service, only bad food service. I paid 5.29 for a chicken sandwich, not one chicken tender with buns. I hoped that after several months that the breast would’ve returned to normal size but it actually managed to shrink more. I went in to confirm it wasn’t a mistake and they said the company is charging more for less. This is more so a review of the company’s latest policy changes rather than the actual location. Otherwise it was a good last Popeyes meal. Will save money by eating somewhere else.

Slowest place I've been in a long time. 30 minutes to complete my order after 10 minutes of waiting even though I was 3rd in line. Haven't tasted it yet. Others have gotten their meals, eaten, and left. Insane. I'd feel better if they seemed to have any sense of urgency at all.

When you spend a total of $51.43 to have delivered $42.86 plus tip and they Can’t even get your order right, they have Lost my Business. I ordered the 8 piece Chicken STRIP (Chicken Family Meal) and they give us a mixture of Strips and Nuggets and Only one Biscuit, when I should have gotten 4 with that meal, plus I ordered 4 more, making it a total of eight and like I said we got 1, Unacceptable! I also added a small beans and rice and a small coleslaw! This doesn’t look like it’s worth $15.00 let alone $40.00+! NEVER AGAIN! Oh and they can’t even get the dipping sauces right!! Who are these people who can’t fill a simple order!

This location has definitely improved in food quality and service. It used to be horribly slow and they were either out of everything or got your order wrong but now the food is fresh and I didn't feel like I have to check my whole drive-thru order for dear that something's missing or wrong.

Yesterday's order seemed a little old or overcooked. The tenders were a bit tough and the fries were not very hot but generally this location is much better now.
