I’d avoid this Marco’s Pizza at all costs, they are very unsanitary. We ordered two pizzas from this location and one of our Pizzas had human hair baked into the cheese. I called to talk to the manager Dakota about the issue, and he would not refund my order. I asked to speak with the owner John and he was arrogant and would not refund our money. Talk about poor customer service!! How do you sell a pizza to a customer with hair inside of it and won’t refund the order?

I had Marco's Pizza at a friend's house once, it was absolutely delicious and I was craving it this day. I placed an order online and saw that if I downloaded the app, and placed an order there I would get 25% off. So I did. The pizza arrived in a timely manner and was still hot! When I opened my door I saw there were 2 pizzas, ?, automatically thought- oh no they must have messed up because I ordered 1 pizza not 2. Hmm. Opened the pizza, the front of one said REMAKE. I ordered the thin crust. I believe they accidentally made pizza on regular or thick crust and brought me both the pizzas!! Never happens!! Now that's what I call good customer service. My hubby had the reg crust pizza for dinner, and I got my thin crust Philly Cheeseteak Pizza like I wanted! Worked out great. And this pizza is the bomb! We will definitely be ordering from them again; thanks all at Marco's Pizza, Leander Tx!

Everyone is always super kind. The pizza is always done correctly and I've never had a mistake from them. They're also extremely fast and the pizza is great. I eat tons of different pizza but find myself coming back here consistently.

You guys used to be good and accurate. However, recently always got things wrong. I decided after a long ordering hiatus to give marcos another try. And yet again, they left something out. How did you forget the one sauce cup we requested? It's in big black letters on the ticket, as you can see.

El restaurante es pequeño, pero limpio y cómodo. Normalmente pedimos por la app de Marco's ya que no nos gusta tener que esperar. Si pides ahí mismo tardan unos 25 minutos en entregarte tu pedido y está bien, porque las pizzas son hechas y horneadas al momento.

A few years ago, I gave this place a 1 star. Today, it's 5! They have completely changed and for the better! Got the hot honey pizza, bbq chicken, and deluxe! Wow-wee!!!! So full of flavor & the hot honey will change your life. Also, I got the chef and Italian salad that was delish.
