Our service with the waitress and food were both great. I only gave 4 stars at the hostess was rude. It was a busy Christmas Eve and she seemed to do well with most patrons except for us when we tried to check in. She should definitely be more welcoming to everyone. We simply wanted to double check everything as my husband was on crutches and we wanted to confirm our booth would be big enough.

The waitress was great but something has happened here twice. Twice we have visited and someone either left or intentionally left another persons payment on our table. This time they left a receipt with a ten dollar tip. During the time before it was a huge tip like 100 bucks on a small amount. Our waitress came. To get the check and ask the waitress for 10 bucks 5 and 5 ones the tip should have been around 7 bucks. She walked off never came back. The fries and Burger were great tasting no red. The fries were delectable. The steak and potato were great. I once also had a waitress spike my hot sauce with pepper spray. I know it was because I have won a competition for eating the Hottest Wings in America, and it was much hotter. So the food is great but I have had some whacky staff issues, but the bill issues has happened more than once soy. This has to be some unknown policy or used tactic. You can tell I like this place and others do over 250k people have viewed my photos of the restaurant, so I think it is something internal. 11 million views, and I have never had to mention this about a resturant that I like. Otherwise this is a great place!

It is the Christmas season so of course places are crowded but we only had to wait about 15 minutes.
However, when we got our steaks, our potatoes were lukewarm. We mentioned it to the server and she said, “ Thanks, I’ll mention it to the kitchen”.
If she had come around more often, I would’ve told her so that I could’ve gotten a nice hot sweet potato instead of trying to eat one that the butter would not melt in.
The steaks were awesome and the salad was delicious. I just wish everything had been perfect, after spending that much money.

Ace of Spades Auto Detailing only recommends John for your server. He goes way and beyond the service. Normally places like this even during rush hour service lack. But not this guy. Definitely on point.

Our server was good but the food was not. We go to the Towne Lake location pretty often and it's usually great, but the food I had tasted old. The bread and baked potato didn't seem fresh and the broccoli tasted horrible. I'm hoping it was just an off night. It was a Thursday evening about 5:00.

Had a fabulous ? 67th birthday dinner at the Longhorns Woodstock Towne Lake location. I had the porterhouse steak with loaded baked potatoes and salad, and my friend had a New York Strip Steak and mashed potatoes and salad! The waiter was awesome and brought us all the hot,fresh bread ? and butter immediately. Our food was cooked to perfection and ? delicious. I was surprised that the waiter brought me a delicious birthday desert when our meal was finished. Thank you, Longhorns, for a wonderful birthday meal! Kudos to the staff! I highly recommend going there for a steak dinner

Chase was an amazing waiter. He was literally precisely on time with every part of our meal. The food was perfect, actually better than normal. Well run establishment. We might need to come by even more often!
