J’ai réservé un véhicule pour une journée. Véhicule très propre et en bonne condition. Je l’ai beaucoup aimé. Je déplore cependant l’attitude d’Alex, qui en plus d’expliquer les protections d’une rapidité vertigineuse, comme si je m’y connaissais avec tous ces différents termes, n’a pas semblé du tout apprécier le fait que je ne voulais pas acheter aucune des protections qu’elle me proposaient. Elle était arrogante et je me suis sentie comme une moins que rien. Je n’ai vraiment pas apprécié son attitude. Peut-être qu’elle passait une mauvaise journée, mais comme on dit : a smile goes a long way !

Overall, the rental process was smooth and the car was ready when needed.
RENTER BEWARE - Watch out if you use your own toll pass/transponder. I was told I could use my own toll pass. I was not told of the additional hurdles if I did use it. You can use your own toll pass, but you will highly likely still receive a charge from the 3rd party toll pass company, inclusive of a convenience fee and your tolls. Upon calling Enterprise to address this I was then directed to call the 3rd party. You then have to jump through some hoops to prove you used your own transponder and hope for a refund. I'm disappointed to not know this upfront and to not be able to handle this directly with Enterprise.

We returned a rental vehicle at 11:30 and called for a cab to take us to Amtrak for a 1:36 departure at 9:30am. Cab company calls to say there is traffic and they would be delayed. The staff person at Enterprise graciously offered to take us to Amtrak. There are kind people in the world. Thank you Enterprise team for your customer centric work ethic.

Manager was sarcastic when I was asking questions as it was my first time and Had given me a different rate than what they were telling me. He could’ve taken it a different way, and actually educated me in a professional matter, but did not instead use sarcastic tone, and stated well how will we make money then if that was the rate. Again, that was my first time ever trying to rent since I had just gotten into an accident
