Stopped by chilis for dinner. Definitely, after being advertised so much, we decided to order the triple dipper. Pictured is the southwest egg rolls, which are my absolute favorite. They're stuffed with black beans and corn mixed with a creamy southwest sauce inside. The big mouth bites have sautéed bits of onion with cheese and grilled to perfection. I had my chicken crispers tossed in buffalo sauce. Their ranch is the best. It more on the thinner side, but its house made, so you can't go wrong. We always order the skillet queso for an appitizer. It comes with their chips and salsa as well. The salsa isn't spicy and on the thinner side, but it has great flavor. Their tortilla chips are thin and crispy. These chips are my personal favorite out of all restaurants. They now have an option of ordering four, five, or six chicken crisper with your choice of sauce and a side of mac and cheese. We tried the Nashville hot flavor. It was favorable and had a nice kick. I love spicy, so for me, it wasn't spicy enough. Still a great choice. The mac and cheese was super creamy. My daughter ordered mac and cheese (kraft) and corn on the cob. She loves their corn. Super juicy. We came in on a Friday night around 630 and maybe waited about 30 minutes. The service was prompt. Our server was super friendly and attentive. Everything was delicious. We will definitely be back!

We just had the best date night, Trinity was our server and she was amazing and always made sure we had everything we needed. The Nashville hot mozzarella sticks were calling my name and they did not disappoint!

Speed of service is crazy fast and overall very friendly environment. Menu is affordable and delicious. Have been here many times so far and never disappointed.

My family and I stopped for some Chili’s because I was RAVING about the BBQ brisket burger (and the outlet mall was too busy to think about eating there). We were seated with a sweet girl named Trinity who could recite the whole dang menu! She was so kind and very personal. My family and I will definitely be coming back in soon and requesting to sit with her! We appreciate everything Trinity and her managers have done to make our dinner well worth our stop! 🙂

Grilled Chicken sandwich came out cold with salad. Defeated the purpose of eating out. Half of salad was browing and pink, inedible. Should've ordered food to go instead. Restaurant was not that busy. Strange events. This Chili's is a hit or miss it seems every other visit. Waitress was 5 stars....

For $42 My partner and I got dinner. I ordered a 6oz and 2 sides. These sides look like sides of a side. Who skimped out on the rice No more chilis for this family I’ll tell you what

So this location has some learning to do, in a HUGE WAY. I get you get busy, I get the kitchen gets busy but for you to be soooo busy that you REFUSE to seat any parties for at least an hour is absolutely INSANE! When you suggest that they seat people, and at least get them drinks at the very least, and the manager says we have no one to get people drinks…mind you 3 girls are standing at the host station doing almost NOTHING but chatting amongst themselves and then you pull the entire crew out of the back to sing Happy Birthday - was even more wild. I witnessed at least 10 parties walk out, many were already on the wait list - Longhorns next door had a 15 minute wait and gladly obliged to take EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF BUSINESS THIS MANAGER GAVE AWAY. Word for the management staff, take 2 of the hostess to seat 10 parties, get them drinks, comp chips and salsa because you already do, that gets customers engaged, thinking about the menu, gets them to think about alcohol, this will allow your kitchen to catch up. More people will understand even more that you tried to do something. To seat your neighbor that’s there before the group of 4 that had been there over an hour was even more a slap in the face. Not one time did the manager come out to address anything, many people had to pull the manager and question her before we could get a basic answer that was worthless in itself. Once we were seated there was not a 5 second back log. Turn off online ordering, stop taking phone orders and don’t lose out on the in person alcohol sales. What is sad is you would have received at least 2 rounds of alcohol orders from my table, so 8 alcoholic drinks and because of the actions you got 1, so you missed out on at least $50 in Alcohol and you took $10 to $15 out of your servers pockets because of your lack of managerial skills. Do better and understand how to properly run a restaurant. I love chilis - hell I came back the next day just to buy a crap load of salsa - FIGURE THIS OUT!!!!!

Destiny is a kickass server. She was so personable and quirky and on it with drink refills, timing of our food and suggestions regarding what to get. Chili’s service dipped for awhile but it seems to have come back up and I hope we have Destiny every time we visit.
