Sorry AA, i understand you can not control all delays or cancellations, but flying from IAH to ORD and have change flight time 4 times (more than 12 hours delay) and ruining my vacation and now, when I’m flying back same situation happens. Do you even care?

Sono veramente nera e voglio condividere la mia esperienza perché è stata una giornata molto complicata! Ho iniziato la mia vacanza partendo da Linate il 17 agosto con scalo a heathrow direzione Los Angeles.Bene! Una volta arrivati a Londra dalla compagnia non è stato comunicato nulla e di colpo abbiamo scoperto che il volo era stato cancellato e abbiamo aspettato 6h per essere ricollocati su un volo che poi ci ha imbarcati in economy e che sembrava un carro bestiame tanto era stipato
Adesso cercherò di chiedere il rimborso per il volo cancellato ma dubito che sceglierò ancora qsta compagnia

3 hour delay on our flight to FL. 2.5 hour delay on the way home so we missed our connecting flight. One flight I had puke on my table tray. I asked for a wet towel so I could clean it up and was denied. My wife's table tray was broken, if you put anything on it it would just slide onto her lap. Zero apologies for any delays. Avoid America at all cost.

Good Day Everyone,
I frequently travel to Jamaica and I must admit I have been flying business class through American Airlines. I don’t have their card for rewards or other perks so I try to catch reasonable fares. I fly out of O’Hare. American does have curbside check in but unfortunately they still charge their business class customers $4 per checked bag no cash accepted. Business class of course has you board first and of course they use face recognition. Business class has 16 seats and usually they offer mimosas as others are boarding. Most recent trip it was water or orange juice, so I guess it’s up to the flight attendants. The flights typically leave on time and my last few trips we’ve returned early. I fly non stop. The food menu can be completed online within 30 days of your flight. The only drawback was because I’ve flown so many times the breakfast menu never changes. The staff members have been courteous, but the planes definitely need a little more attention with cleaning. The overhead reading lights were dusty and had not been wiped down in a while. No one helps you with your overhead carry on so make sure you can manage the weight to put it in the bin yourself. The seats are comfortable and there are ways to access their WiFi either with points or if you pay the fee. WiFi is not included in business class. I believe their card members have access. The food has been good and I love the non stop flights. I’ve tried 3 other airlines to travel to Jamaica and I still prefer America Airlines.

Guy at the AA check in counter was questioning why my baggage was heavy, ( he said clothes aren’t suppose to weight that heavy) dude it was medium size bag which only weighed 35 lbs, well maybe it’s just the moment he feels important in his job or life, I’ll give that to you, I’m Filipino too, don’t try too force the American accent .
