Un super hôtel, idéalement placé au cœur de la ville et des commerces.
Les équipements en font vraiment une force supplémentaire: salle de sport, piscine, laverie, billard et jeux de sociétés à disposition.
L’hôtel dispose d’un bar, d’un libre service pour les petites faims, café à disposition le matin.
Personnel agréable.
Mon séjour de 8 jours dans l’hôtel m’aura pleinement convaincu du lieu! ?

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans l hotel. Accueil assez froid. Service de chambre à réclamer tous les jours. Pas de changement de draps ou de serviettes. Bien placé. Installation électrique qui ne tient pas.

Inadmissible !!! Ne mérite les 3 étoiles que pour l’emplacement !!je ne peux pas mettre 0 pour le service !! La personne à l’accueil (Evelyne) ..désagréable !!
Hotel a éviter malgré l’emplacement !! D’autres hôtels autour plus sympa !!

My partner and I were looking forward to a weekend getaway with friends. Upon checking in, we were informed that our room wasn’t ready, which was quite disappointing after a long journey. After waiting for almost 30 minutes, we decided to switch to a different room that was available.
The room we ended up in was spacious and had a great city view from the corner. The beds were incredibly soft, making it easy to fall asleep. However, there was limited storage space, which could be a concern for those planning to stay for an extended period. Additionally, the TV had a limited number of channels.
One thing that stood out to me was the thin walls. It was quite noticeable when other people were having guests over, and I won’t go into further detail.
The bathroom had ample shelf space for our toiletries, and the shower provided adequate pressure. Make sure you bring the appropriate charging equipment for your electronics-USB Ports only, not updated for newer phones-just an observation.
Overall, our stay at the Aloft was a pleasant experience. The lobby had a nice bar, and on weekends, they had a DJ playing music, which I personally enjoyed. There was also a small snack market on-site, although I found the prices to be a bit high. Unfortunately, breakfast wasn’t available on-site, which was a new experience for us, but there were plenty of options nearby!

We were in town last weekend for a conference and this was the perfect location! Within walking distance of tons of restaurants and entertainment! The decor was unique and fun, and the rooms were large with a nice layout. The entrance was interesting as it felt like the Uber driver was dropping me off in an alley, but otherwise this was a great location. The bar area opens up to outside when the weather is nice and there’s a quick restaurant that serves breakfast and light food in the lobby. Would recommend and would stay here again!

I wasn't impressed with the facility or staff, except for the valet workers. Every valet worker that I engaged with was amazing, polite, and extremely helpful. I can't commend the valet staff enough. However, that's the only bright spot of the stay. When I arrived to check in I was informed that they did not have any 2-Queen rooms available, which I booked about a month in advance. Instead, we were given a room with a single king bed. I was traveling with my wife and two children. Luckily, the hotel had enough cribs for us to use instead of a bed. My toddler didn't love sleeping in the crib, but we made due. I would like to add that despite this mix up, it took several calls to the front desk to actually get the cribs delivered to the room. We were assured several times they were on their way but waited over 2 hours before they actually arrived. We also did not get any maid service during our stay. We had to ask for extra towels several times before they were sent up also. Overall, the staff (except for the valet) were very inattentive and while the facilities were ok, we didn't get what we book and paid for. And we had to almost beg for towels and cribs. I thought after overbooking and not having our room available, the staff would try to make up for it by ensuring we got cribs to the room as soon as possible, but no. I certainly will not be staying here again and would recommend others to steer clear.
