The customer service at this hotel is absolutely amazing! When I arrived I met Nicole who was super sweet. My room was very clean, cool with a comfortable bed. I’m not too big on hotel food but had the absolute best ribeye & green beans I’ve ever had from Chef Wally & he even came out to talk with me. He takes such pride in his work & it shows. My waiter at the restaurant Manny was the best! I can’t remember her name but she was the receptionist Saturday (5/6) night who gave me great food recommendations. I can’t wait to come by to this hotel.

Great hotel with a great look… in the lobby. So we stayed here 1 night and could beat the price. The lobby looks great and the room was a solid 3/5. I say that because the room was outdated, and had some random paint stains everywhere. The two receptionist working were awesome and friendly. The hotel staff on the second floor were loud all night and continued to slam the door to their area. Had to call the front desk because at 2 am in the morning it sounded like they were having a party. They didn’t listen. A lot of the wallpaper was cut up and missing. The shower door didn’t really close properly, and the coffee pot in the room didn’t work. But for $106 a night it wasn’t too shabby. I give it a 4 because otherwise it was clean, the A/C worked great, the water pressure was awesome and the water was hot.

This was a really nice place to stay for $89 a night for my husband and I. It was very clean and looked newer. The bed and pillows, etc. were comfortable rather than thin and scratchy. The space itself for a king sized bed and the bathroom were very big and nice.

The only weird things were that there wasn't a microwave (there was a fridge with tiny freezer part and a coffee machine but no microwave). Also when you left the faucet running a little longer there was a very ominous sound coming from the pipes in the wall....and the giant bathroom door is sleek looking but you could literally hear every going on in there because there was no seal for the door because it's a big sliding door. No tub in the bathroom but a very nice walk in shower! I do also wish they a complimentary breakfast ? Otherwise it was a quiet, clean and even kind of luxurious stay here. Thanks!

فندق جميل ورائع. موقع ممتاز بعيد عن الزحمة. الفندق قيد التجديد ولكن بدون اي ازعاج. الغرف المستخدمة كلها المحدثة وهي رائعه بالفعل. سكنته لمدة 4 ليالي قم عدلت له لمدة 6 ليالي. فريق العمل جدا ودود ومتعاون. هم فعلا رائعين بدون مجاملة. لقد قصيت شهر كامل فب الولايات المتحدة وهذا افضل فندق سكنت فيه. عند عودتي اسعدوني برسالة ترحيب رائعة وقسائم مجانيه. بغض النظر عن الرسالة هنا الحميع يبث السعادة حتى فريق التنظيف. احببت هيوستن بسبب خذا الفندق وفريقه. شكرا لكم

On our last visit to Houston, we stayed at this hotel, and we were surprised by the renovations they are doing. I'm sorry I did not take a room photo, but really, it's pretty nice. The room was perfectly clean and ready when we arrived. Here is a photo of the hallway. The pool is still in renovation, so we were not able to use it, the same for the restaurant. But everything else was good. Definitely, I will check in again on this great hotel.

I rented a room at this hotel close to the departure time. When I checked in I asked for a quiet location. I was given a very quiet spot and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The bed was very comfortable. A mini fridge and coffee maker with pods worked well. The cleaning staff kept the room nicely clean a and fresh. It was a very great experience. Location right off Westpark Tolley made getting there and departure convenient.

I really enjoyed my three week stay here.  The staff has all been very pleasant to interact with.  I want to give a special shout out to the manager, Emely at Reception and Andres in Maintenance.  The manager just happened to be at reception when I went back downstairs to ask a question and he was very personable and he always greeted me if he was in the lobby when I passed thru coming and going.  Emely was always pleasant when I was exiting in the morning and each week when I did my check in and out.  Andres went out of his way to figure out the hot water issue with my bar sink so I wouldn’t have to change rooms.  The one bedroom suites are very comfortable and spacious.  Hotels with gues laundry is always a huge bonus for extended stays.  The location is great because there are tons of food options close by.  They are in the process of rebranding and even in the midst of the construction going on, it was easy to maneuver through the lobby and the parking lot.  I highly recommend giving this hotel a try if you need to be in Westchase or anywhere close to the area.

Amazing hotel and service! They are quick to fix any problems with a smile! Our room was comfortable and beautiful. The service was excellent. The location is great because it's right next to a freeway so you can quickly get to your destinations!
