The people at the desk were very nice and attentive. But the room was beyond disgusting. It’s clear they do not vacuum the rooms and I cannot imagine what left that number of stains on the carpet. I hope that they wash the sheets but there were a lot of holes in them even if they were clean.
I also suspect that the card we paid with was skimmed here. I cannot recommend this any less.

It’s exactly what you’d expect out of a cheap interstate hotel. Except for the workers coming in the room whenever they please. i was just getting out of the shower and had it not been for the little metal thing by the door, the lady would’ve been in my room. ||The other incident, the worker (very nice lady) was trying to give me towels and tried to come into the room. i told her no and that i just needed the towels. she then, pushed the door open and ran in here. ||i called the front desk only for the girl to say “well that’s why i don’t stay in hotels.” ||IVE NEVER BEEN IN A HOTEL WHERE THE WORKERS JUST BUST IN THE ROOM. ||||these people have missed their calling, they need to join the FBI the way they wanna kick in doors.||||secondly, the bathroom is disgusting. the shower head only half works. ||||other than that, bed is very comfy, room is air conditioned. it’s just the part where these people wanna catch you naked.

Pésimo hotel. Habitaciones sucias, viejas y descuidadas. Las toallas que nos dieron, aparte de tener que bajar a recepción por ellas, rotas y sucias. No lo recomiendo salvo que ya no encuentren donde quedarse.
La alfombra con manchas añejas, el teléfono de la habitación y otros muebles polvosos, en fin mala calidad y servicio

Había visitado este hotel hace como 10 años, volví porque tuve que llegar a el paso y no encontraba hotel y en este si hubo disponibilidad, es muy barato pero las instalaciones están muy descuidadas, el desayuno está bien solo que es poco y por lo mismo hay que ser de los primeros para alcanzar desayuno, si no ya solo te toca café porque casi no resurten, porque además me pareció que están faltos de personal. En cuanto a la limpieza no está mal y la calificación es porque a pesar de todo, el precio está excelente

The rooms? Well, let me tell you, they're a minimalist's dream! Who needs modern amenities when you can have *vintage* carpet stains and retro furniture that looks like it was plucked straight from a 1970s garage sale? And the beds – oh, the beds! You haven't lived until you've slept on a mattress that doubles as a trampoline. Talk about a full-body workout just trying to find a comfortable position!

And let's not forget the *gourmet* breakfast. If you're a fan of toast that can double as a weapon, you're in for a treat! The coffee is a true delicacy too – it's as if they brewed it with a dash of yesterday’s leftovers for that authentic flavor.

Service with a smile? Absolutely... if you happen to catch the staff in between their relaxation breaks at the front desk. But hey, who needs friendly service when you can have that charming "do-it-yourself" experience?

All in all, if you're looking for a place that will make you question every life choice you've ever made, La Quinta Inn in West El Paso is the place to be!

La Quinta is not at all what it used to be. This is a rundown, outdated hotel with very uncared for rooms. Other comments talked about the filthy carpets, the damaged appliances, the low safety of the place, the poor service experience with the staff… etc ( I wish I had checked these reviews before making the reservation.

What really is killing me right now is the lack of blankets and pillows. This is a king bed with three very small pillows and absolutely no blankets. It is December, people!!!!
We checked in at 10pm because we’ve been traveling all day.

Front desk person was super indifferent. She didn’t even bother to write the WIFI password on the room key sleeve. She told us we could take a picture of the sign.

I am so sad and disappointed but I am too exhausted to find another place tonight.

Horrible Experience – This Place is Nothing Like the Photos!

I am beyond disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The condition of the property is absolutely horrendous—everything is broken and run down. It looks nothing like the pictures online. On top of that, there were people smoking and even using drugs on the premises, creating an unsafe and uncomfortable environment.

To make matters worse, when I asked for a refund due to the unacceptable conditions, the management refused and acted extremely rude and dismissive. It’s outrageous that a place like this is even listed on Booking and other platforms. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this disgusting place.

Worst hotel ever. 3rd floor looks like a bomb hit. The room was dirty. No fridge or microwave. Pillows were smelly and had no blanket.

Breakfast had no juice, and muffins were nasty. The waffle griddle was nasty and had not been cleaned

The night clerk young man was nice, but the young hijabi girl had no personality or customer attitude

Check-in had a young, desperate looking girl, saying she was hoping to get enough money to get a room. Too many unsafe red flags. Stay away
