Dr. Ravi is everything I have been searching for. I’ve been trying so hard the last 5 years to find a primary care doctor who GENUINELY cares and wants to be involved in all facets of your medical care. At my first appointment, she spent an entire hour in the room with me (unheard of!), took the time to explain my condition, pulled blood tests no one else has ever ordered, and followed up on said tests quickly. Dr. Ravi also asked to have all of my specialists have my records faxed so she could keep records of what my other doctors are prescribing and recommending.
The best part - when you call, you talk to a real human! Julia up front has always been friendly and helpful.
I genuinely can’t recommend this practice enough. It’s everything I could ask for in a PCP!

I also had a long wait time with my prior internist. After she retired, I was not surprised to find Dr. Ravi also has long waits. This is normal for a physician who knows what they are doing and does it well. Likely, she was someone whose friends, family, or doctor referred because she has a reputation for being thorough. She is very smart, easy to talk to, and spends quality time with her patients. This is very difficult to find in a physician today. They are all rushing from one room to the next and hardly putting hands on you. So much appreciation for Dr. Ravi.

My appointment was for 3:30 pm. I arrived at 2:50 to allow time to fill out necessary paperwork. I signed in and the receptionist took copies of my ID and insurance and I sat in the waiting area. She called me up about two more times to make corrections to the paperwork. She also came to where I was seated to give me a copy of the HIPPA form that I requested. The last couple who went back came out around 4:30 pm. A few minutes later the receptionist said she forgot I was waiting and went back to speak to the doctor. When she returned, she asked if I could come back tomorrow because the doctor was already packing up. Apparently, the two hours that I waited was not worth a few minutes of Dr. Ravikanth’s time. NEVER AGAIN!

Dr. Ravi is very personable and cares about her patients. I may have waited a few minutes outisde of my appointment but not enough to make me find a new doctor. I'm going stay and register my dad as a new patient of Dr. Ravi's. Her staff is very polite.

I highly recommend Dr. Ravi she takes the time with all of her patients. My Father has early signs of dementia and she great with him very caring person. You don't see that much these days most Doctors rush you in and out and on to the next person/Dollar. She's not like that at all! We love this woman need more Doctors like her!!!

Every time I come to see her I am forced yo wait over an hour. And here I am again. Been here for an hour and nearly a half already. Been sitting in the examining room for over an hour after having vitals taken. I always say never again but rather than find a new doctor I come back. Made my husband a first time new patient appointment when I got here this morning but before I leave I will be cancelling it. It's not right that patients make an appointment and then have to wait this long, after showing up on time. It is always like this. My appointment was at 10:30 and it is now 11:45 and I'm still waiting. This truly is THE.LAST.TIME. I will find a new doctor for my husband and myself. I pity the patients who have later appointments, if she's already running this far behind. They'll probably be waiting 3 hours.

Terrible Doctor. She only cares about making her money and not the health of her patients. Dr. Anupama Raavikanth became my PCP early last year. I set an appointment for 1pm but did not get to see her until 2.15pm. During my first visit I was in the waiting room for over 50 minutes. She later came in and said she was held up by her previous patient. She was with me for barely 10 minutes an she left ($330 down the drain). She promised she will follow-up with me in regards to the reason why I went to see her but till date she is yet to give me a call back. I have called the clinic multiple times and every time I call the nurse tells me she will call me back. Lets just say I am yet to receive a call.

Dr Ravi is great. She was my doctor from 2010 to 2018. I moved out of state a year ago and haven't been able to find anyone like her. She always took the time to listen and never made me feel rushed. I would give her 10 Stars if I could.
